This Personal Infographic Study and Poster showcases collected data that highlights our digital habits and the extent of our screen time. This project serves as a reflection of our attachment to screens in today's digital age, offering valuable insights into our daily habits and behaviours.

In modern society we are rarely in a scenario where we are awake and not in a room with a screen, whether that is a TV, projector slides for a meeting or presentation, on our phones, or any other media. As a designer I monitored my digital consumption over one week. Tracking my notifications, screen time, devices used and locations compiling the data into a visual representation.
